1. The programme
8584648 Canada Inc, operating as Sports Virtuoso, Xamsa Squash, Ping Pong Virtuoso and Halo Headband Canada, sends text messages (SMS) about orders, racquet stringing and repairs, and customer service enquiries.
This is a transactional and customer-care service, not a marketing programme. We do not send promotional or advertising text messages under this programme.
Messages are sent from:

- +1 438-808-4256 — Halo Headband Canada
2. How you join
You receive messages because you gave us your mobile number for one of these reasons:
- you placed an order online or in store and provided a mobile number;
- you left a racquet or other equipment with us for stringing, repair or a special order, and asked to be notified when it is ready;
- you texted us first;
- you asked a member of staff to contact you by text.
We do not add numbers from any purchased, rented or third-party list.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your own activity. Typically a small number of messages per order or service visit, plus replies to anything you send us. There is no recurring or scheduled send.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard charges apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for messages.
5. Stopping messages
Reply STOP or ARRÊT to any message to stop. You will receive one confirmation, and nothing after that. Reply START to resume.
Our system records the opt-out and refuses to send to you from then on — we do not rely on the carrier to block the message.
Opting out does not affect your order. We will contact you by email or telephone instead.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and to the availability of your handset.
8. Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major Canadian and United States carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
9. Privacy

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with the date of last update at the top.
