Shipped from Canada, no import duties to worry about! Federal and provincial taxes are applied at checkout as per the Canadian province being delivered to.
Overnight delivery to Montreal and Toronto on most in-stock items.
- $3.50 shipping on thin orders (less than 20mm wide) which can fit in lettermail (headbands (except Caps & Visors), single string sets)
- $14.99 flat rate shipping on all other orders
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Please note that tennis ball cases are not eligible for free or standard shipping. You may select either UPS or Canada Post Expedited shipping options.
All orders over $99 are shipped from Montreal by Canada Post Expedited service or a courier with tracking number.

Duties, Tariffs & Taxes
All import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and other import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless a Duties Prepaid (DDP) option is selected.
U.S. customs regulations have changed, and most shipments entering the United States are subject to import duties and tariffs regardless of order value. The exact amount depends on the product, its country of origin, and the U.S. customs regulations in effect at the time of import.
Duties Prepaid
To avoid unexpected customs charges or courier brokerage fees, we offer a Duties Prepaid (DDP) option.
Here's how it works:
- Place your order as usual.
- We calculate the exact duties and tariffs applicable to your products.
- We email you a separate invoice for the import charges.
- Once paid, your order ships with duties prepaid, so there are no surprise customs charges or brokerage fees upon delivery.
This option provides transparent pricing and a smoother delivery experience.
