The technology

  • Large Fit: designed for wider feet, with generous room in the forefoot, and comfortable for standard feet too. For standard feet Babolat recommends half a size or a full size smaller than usual.
  • OrthoLite insole, the thickest in Babolat’s range (60% thicker than the Propulse Fury 3), moulded to the foot and made with 20% recycled foam.
  • Extra Cush: the heel extension and rocker geometry keep a consistent thickness of EVA foam under the heel, for progressive cushioning at any angle.
  • Lateral and forefoot support: three straps wrap the midfoot, and the forefoot sits in a bucket support for stops and changes of direction.
  • Pro Shield +: a heavy-duty moulded rubber guard over the inner forefoot up to the toes.
  • Michelin Original rubber, proven over more than 20 years for traction and durability.

The SFX Evo is the versatile model: more room at the front of the foot, an OrthoLite insole 20% thicker than Babolat’s standard, a 100% recycled polyester mesh upper, and two lateral straps with an external reinforcement.
