The technology
- GRPHT THRTTL: Power Cushion Rev with Power Graphite. Power Cushion Rev is the most responsive cushioning Yonex has developed, with 37% more shock absorption and 42% more repulsion than its previous lightweight midsoles, at no extra weight; the carbon plate built into it adds lateral stability and forward propulsion. Beneath the heel it compresses on impact and quickly returns to shape, for a more powerful push-off.
- 3D heel cushioning: thicker cushioning in the direction of heel impact, for shock absorption and rebound.
- Front-and-rear split midsole: the midsole is segmented so rebound and hardness can be tuned in each zone; the forefoot is more responsive and firmer, for jump power.
