The Schildkröt Roundnet set brings the fast-growing net sport to your backyard, the beach, or an indoor gym floor. Two teams of two players each compete around a central net: to serve, the ball is hit onto the net with the flat of your hand so that it flies into the opponent's side. The opposing team can then pass the ball to each other up to three times before it has to be hit back into the net. The aim is to ensure that the ball hit in this way does not reach the opposing team. After the serve, each player is free to move anywhere around the net, which is what makes roundnet so fast-paced — short and long passes, fake attacks, and other tricks are used to catch opponents off guard. If a team fails to return the ball and it hits the ground, the other team scores 1 point; a player who is hindered also awards a point to the opposing side. The first team to reach 21 points with a 2-point lead wins the match.
This Schildkröt Roundnet set includes everything needed to start a match straight away: a complete roundnet net (Ø90cm, approx. 20cm high), 1 training ball (Ø11cm), 2 competition balls (Ø9cm), a ball pump with needle (stored in the handle), and a net bag for easy storage and transport.
